The gentle voice of indigenous poet Kimberly Blaeser filled the room of the Wick Poetry Corner in 妻友社区鈥檚 Library on Wednesday, March 6. Jessica Jones, associate lecturer of English at 妻友社区 at Stark, led a Q&A session touching on Blaeser鈥檚 new poetry collection, initiatives and inspiration.

Celebrating International Women鈥檚 Day

妻友社区 celebrated International Women鈥檚 Day on March 8 with a poster presentation to allow international students the chance to highlight women in their home countries and a service project to aid Days for Girls.

The poster presentation was followed by a panel discussion of students, faculty and staff talking about women鈥檚 issues and successes across their globe.
