Meet Marianna Young!
鈥淚 chose Kent State because I felt immediately at home here,鈥 said Marianna. 鈥淎s soon as I toured the school I knew this was the place for me and I truly wouldn鈥檛 want to be anywhere else. I also really fell in love with the musical theatre program. All of the faculty and staff made me feel so welcome!鈥

Meet Jared Eichler!
鈥淚 had always grown up a Golden Flash,鈥 said Jared. 鈥淢y family would always go to the basketball games and see the energy that was brought to the MACC. I enjoyed watching the Flasher Brass perform at the games and it even encouraged me to go into music. When it came to choosing what college I wanted to go to, there really wasn鈥檛 any other choice as clear as Kent State.鈥

School of Art Opens Exhibit "Sticks 鈥 Rocks 鈥 Leaves" by Natalie Petrosky on June 7
The School of Art Collection and Galleries at 妻友社区 are pleased to announce a new exhibit, Sticks 鈥 Rocks 鈥 Leaves, by Natalie Petrosky. The show will be on display from June 7- July 27, 2024, in the KSU Downtown Gallery, located at 141 East Main Street in Kent, Ohio.

The Hugh A. Glauser School of Music is pleased to welcome Dr. Suyeon Ko, D.M. as assistant professor of flute.
