Come dressed in your Halloween best for the 妻友社区 Orchestra鈥檚 Oct. 31, 3 p.m. concert. The members of the orchestra will be decked out in costume, performing spooky, family-friendly favorites. Candy will be handed out at the end of the performance to kick off鈥
